Target for March Holidays

What needs to be done:
  1. You should at least know who your members and their roles.
  2. Your group should create the blogsite when I see you on the first day of school.
  3. Your group should have some research done on Singapore's alternative water supplies and possible solutions to the water shortage problem

What should you include in your blog?

You must have these:
  1. Your team's research findings. You must acknowledge the sites you've visited. Do not cut and paste. This is plagiarism and is against net etiquette.
  2. Information on Singapore's alternative water supply sources.
  3. Possible alternative water supplies to be part of the PUB proposal. (Your proposal must be at least 100 words)

You can include as many blog entries to categorise your project findings.

Getting Organized

Your group must have 5 members. Assign roles to each member.
  1. Team manager- delegate tasks, oversees project and blog
  2. IT manager 1- oversees and manages blog
  3. IT manager 2- assist IT manager 1 in uploading of materials
  4. Researcher- oversees team's research work. Everyone must play a part in researching.
  5. Secretary- ensures progress and makes sure deadline is met.

Introduction to Project

Your Humanities March Holiday project focuses on the me@earth theme for this year: WATER.

Your team has been engaged by PUB to look into alternative sources of water when her water treaty with Malaysia ends in 2061.

Currently, Singapore's alternative water supply sources are: NEWater and the Marina Barrage.

Your task is create a blog, campaigning for alternative water supply sources.
